Several years ago when I was visiting relatives in Winchester we had a gathering at a local restaurant and it was there that I met and spent time talking with Daphne. I was impressed with her gentle, intelligent, manner and remember thinking that I wish I could spend more time in Winchester so as to meet her again. She leaves behind a wonderful and caring family. May she rest in peace.
